I love this! Cooperation is all around us! It is always very funny to me which human qualities are often labeled "anthropomorphization" (cooperation, etc) and which are seen as inherently universal (competition).
Frans de Waal had a great attitude about the anthropomorphism scam. I think I talk about it in my profile of him, which I posted back in March. But I was new to substack then, so put it out as a series of notes rather than a post, and now it's lost in the ether. Wait, here it is.
